We have measured the optical conductivity s1ðoÞ of the filled skutterudites CeFe4Sb12; CeRu4Sb12; and CeOs4Sb12: These s1ðoÞ spectra are explained in terms of the hybridization between Ce 4f states and conduction ðcÞ electron states.
